Title: Unprofessional
I have been trying to contact this office for a month nobody has had the courtesy to call back. Much less the voicemail is unprofessional "yeah this is dr.herbert leave a message someone will call you back." However, now the voicemail box if FULL go figure everyone is leaving messages and not getting called back. Seems to be not the way to get patients much less keep them.
