Title: terrible service
I went to this doctor with terrible pain on one tooth. They scheduled me quite quickly but I still had to wait a couple of days for them to fit me in. When I got there, they did an X ray on all my teeth even though I told them I need urgent care for one tooth for now. Once they were done with the x rays they finally told me that they are not qualified to do anything for my tooth in pain. Nothing! I had to find another doctor, wait again till they had time to fit me in and then, hopefully get my tooth pain resolved. All the while I could not eat or sleep and being several days before an exam. How on earth does this make sense in this doctor's eyes? Why did schedule me without warning me that they cannot do a simple procedure? Why are they even called a dentist if they cannot deal with a cavity, or do crown work? And yes, they did take my money for that appointment and of course for the full mouth Xrays. The doctor I saw next was not willing to accept those and I had to pay for them again.
